LIONEL MESSI

Lionel Messi was born in Rosario, Argentina on June 24, 1987 . He is a football player who currently plays for FC Barcelona and captains the Argentina national team as a striker.

He began playing football at a young age and his potential was quickly identified by Barcelona .

He left Rosario in 2000 and moved with his family to Barcelona where he was offered treatment for his hormone growth deficiency .

Despite his youth, Lionel has already drawn comparisons with Diego Maradona, arguably the best football player of all time. People called him “the new Diego Maradona.”

Lionel is strong, fast and creative. He is comfortable at any of the forward positions and is not intimidated by bigger players. There is almost nothing he cannot do on a soccer field, and his powerful shot makes him especially good on set plays, such as penalty kicks and corners.

He is an unusual player, is highly creative and has the skills to take on defenders .

Messi made his unofficial game for the first time against FC Porto on November 16 2003.

MARADONA

MARADONA, who was known as the best football player in the world, was born in Argentina in 1960. He started to play football when he was 10. At first he played for Argentina Juniors. Then after the 1982 World Cup, he was transferred to Barcelona in Spain then to Napoli in Italy, where he reached the peak of his professional career. Whilst there he won a lot of championships and the Italian Super Cup. He lead the Argentina team to victory in the Fifa World Cup in 1986.

Whilst he was in Napoli, his personal problems increased and he got a 15-month ban for failing a drugs test for cocaine. In 1992, he left Napoli to go to Seville in Spain. One year later he left to go to Boca Juniors in Argentina. In 1994, Maradona played in only two games in the Fifa World Cup before being sent home after failing a drug test for ephedrine doping.

From 2008 to 2010, he lead Argentina as a coach. Now he is in Al Wasl FC.

Michael Jackson, who was born in 1958, started to sing with his brothers in the group “Jackson 5” when he was a child.
He started to sing alone in 1975 and he wrote solo album “Thriller”, which is the most sold in the history of music in 1982, whose famous songs are “Billie Jean”, “Beat it” and “Thriller”.

Since then he burned his face in 1984, he began experimenting with plastic surgery around this time. In 1985 he sang “ We are the world”, which is a charity song for Africa with other famous singers.

In 1994, he got married with Lisa Marie Presley, but they got divorced in 1996 and, the same year he met the nurse Debbie Rowe, who had two children with him, whose names are Prince and Paris.

He was arrested on charge related incidents with a 13-year-old-boy, in 2004, because of the trouble relationship with his father, when he was a child.
He died on June 25, 2009 because he suffered cardiac arrest in his Los Angeles home.

He was born on October 8, 1970 in Cambridge (America).
He has a brother, Kyle, who is an accomplished sculptor and artist. His family moved to Newton and later their parents divorced so they went back to Cambridge with their mother.

Damon studied in Harvard University but he didn't graduate because he took part in student theatre.
In 1997 he was recognised by the "Los Angeles Times" as a "talented young actor" and his career started.
After he met Steven Spielberg who cast Damon as the main character in "Saving Private Ryan" in 1998.

In Miami he met his wife and they got married on Decembre 9 2005. One year after they had their first child and who they called Isabella. On August 20, 2008 they had their second child, Gia. Both girls were born in Miami but their last child was born in New York on October 20, 2010, her name is Stella.
But his wife, Lucia, has another child from a previous marriage, Alexia, and Damon became her stepfather.

Damon has had many awards and honours. These include:
-A nomination for the Academy Awards as "Best Actor in a Leading Role."
-An Academy Award for "Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly for the screen"
-On July 25, 2005, Damon received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
-Damon was named People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive".
-Damon won "Best Ass-Kicker" and "Guy of the year" at the Spike Guys' choice awards of 2008.
